No, you are not obligated to retain our services after the initial consultation. During the consultation, the Attorney will provide you with legal advice concerning your issue and you are free to proceed as you wish.

Please note that meeting with the Attorney does not guarantee that the Attorney will take your case.  As you may decide that we are not a fit for you, the Attorney may decide that your matter is not a case that our firm is willing to take on, for whatever reason that may be.  When you consult with our office, you are paying for legal advice, not for a guarantee that the Attorney will take your case.

We only offer one (1) consultation per legal issue. If you require further assistance after the initial consultation, you will need to retain our office.

Unfortunately, our firm is unable to offer payment plans. The retainer is required to be paid in full in order to retain our firm.

Attorney Georgina Lepe is only licensed to practice law in the State of California.  Our firm handles cases in the following counties: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange.

If the parties are legally married, we do accept joint representation. However, if the parties are not legally married, we do not accept joint representation of the parties. We will only represent one (1) of the parties named in the lawsuit, and the other parties will have to seek their own legal representation.

Unfortunately, our schedule does not permit for the Attorney to travel to you.  All meetings take place at our office in Claremont, CA or via telephone / Zoom.
