Meeting with the Attorney does not guarantee that the Attorney will take your case. As you may decide that we are not a fit for you, the Attorney may decide that your matter is not a case that our firm is willing to take on, for whatever reason that may be. When you consult with our office, you are paying for legal advice, not for a guarantee that the Attorney will take your case.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel/reschedule your appointment without incurring a charge if done more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. Emails/Voice messages will not be accepted to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must either use the link in the confirmation email or call the office during our business hours. You can reschedule your appointment up to two (2) times without incurring a charge. A $50 charge will apply to reschedule your appointment every time thereafter.

No credits or refunds are given if the entire appointment time is not used.
In-Person Appointments: Please arrive at least five (5) minutes prior to your appointment. The Attorney normally has back-to-back appointments, so if you arrive late, your appointment will be cut short, or you may not even be seen by the Attorney. Please plan for traffic.
